This is an advanced examinable course for experienced Baristas that delves deeper into espresso coffee and its brewing equipment. It prepares the trainees for SCAE level 2 Barista certification.

- Successful completion of SCAE Level 1 Barista Certifcation
- 12 Months of relevant practice working in a Cafe'/Coffee shop, roaster or any other related organisation

5 days (2 Hours Daily)

- Pass Mark 75%
- Exams are in theory and practical
- Exam fee: Euro 60 ( Current Exachange rate will apply)
