Supporting Kenyan coffee farmers
Dormans also buy fair trade coffee from farmers and sell it at a premium to enable the farmer to benefit from his produce. This creates the opportunity for coffee brands, retailers and end-consumers to trace back their coffee's place of origin and it provides them with the assurance that the coffee they have purchased has been sourced from responsible producers. This direct link with origin is a real innovation in the coffee industry. This reminds us that trade is not about money but about people, their families, their environment and their livelihood.
Sponsorship of sporting events
Squash and Golf are some of the sporting events that we sponsor either in cash or in kind for the development and recognition of the sports in Kenya.
