Selecting and Blending Premium Coffee
Our experienced team of coffee liquorers tastes approximately 1500 cups of coffee a week and only the finest coffee is selected for our customers to enjoy. The coffee is specially blended to bring out all the characteristics that give Kenyan coffee its worldwide reputation for outstanding quality and flavour. All our green coffees are carefully processed prior to roasting.
Green Coffee exports
C. Dorman Ltd exports approximately 250,000 bags of green coffee from Kenya and Tanzania. The trading operation is run from the Nairobi head office, where All the pre-auction and post auction quality control is carried out. In the search for the right qualities, around 1,500 cups of coffee are tasted weekly and their merits assessed. The team then takes the individual auction lots and carefully blends them to match the requirements of each customer.
